The Complex RE is the oldest subsidiary of the Group of Companies. Founded in the mid 1980’s under the Moose Band Development Corporation as a means of promoting local economic development, the company has today become the real estate arm of the group of Companies. It manages the Complex facilities on Moose Factory Island which houses the executive offices of the First Nation, the pharmacy, post office etc. In addition, the company further manages real estate holdings in Moosonee both commercial and residential units. Finally, the team oversees the barge operation between Moose Factory and Moosonee as well as aggregate sales. It also provides maintenance support to the Super 8 motel in Moosonee.
