The leadership of the Group of Companies felt there was a niche market in the hospitality industry in Moosonee/Moose Factory. Accommodations for business people, contractors, government representatives were in short supply. As a result of the substantial market survey, it was found that there was sufficient business to accommodate a motel in Moosonee. This led to the construction of a new 40 room unit in Moosonee under the Super 8 brand. The unit opened in October, 2020. The hotel provides a number of rooms with kitchenettes inclusive of washer and dryer services as well. Wi-Fi and internet facilities are also available along with board room facilities. Continental breakfast is also available daily.

These modern accommodations provide customers the opportunity to visit the area and experience the Cree Culture of the Moose Cree First Nation on Moose Factory Island as well as appreciating the long and rich history of the Cree people.
